This legislation is designed to protect the employees and the general public's health, comfort and environment by prohibiting smoking in enclosed areas within places of employment, as well as some outdoor areas.

Fact: Smoke-free policies protect health without harming business revenues. Economic analysis show that smoke-free laws and policies actually increase business.
